Main
function and task of Chamber of Commerce as follows: Give
full play to the role of democratic supervision, participating
in government and political affairs and discussing affairs
of government, give publicity to and fulfill the guideline
and policy of the Party and State and advocate the industry
spirit of patriotism, credit,law-abiding, tax-paying by
law and support actively the construction of State; bridge
the government and enterprise and vigorously promote industry-
wide self-contained spirit; facilitate the overall development;
take a active part in the quality certification and formation,
revision and draft of industry standard on product, promote
actively and improve the technological level in the industry
and maintain the interactive exchange with news media
and other entities and organizations so asto facilitate
the development of industry chamberof commerce; defend
the legal rights and

in the circle of industry and commerce in Europe, America,

| Asia,
Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and different parts in the world;
provide the |

and the better chances on invite business and attract
investment as well |

domestic employment for beverage and food industry; conduct
regular |
| questions
and answers on law knowledge and accept various kinds
of disputes |
| and
complaints and mediate the disputes between member and
world |
| organization;
play a active role in developing industry self-disciplined,

improve the industry regulation and rule and establishment

| managing
system in the Chamber of Commerce; undertake other works
assigned by |

Commerce |

| In
order to provide an all-around service for enterprise,
the Chamber of |
| Commerce
classified the member as corporate member, group member
and |
| individual
member. The corporate member shall be those enterprises
with |
| corporate
capacity and variouseconomic natures including private,
state- |
| owned,
joint stock, foreign wholly funded enterprise, Sino-foreign
joint |
| venture,
and township enterprise; group shall be a industry group
with |
| corporate
capacity; individual member shall be a businessman in
the industry, |
| a
worker in economy, theory and law and other relevant people,any
business |
| celebrity
in Taiwan, Macao and among oversea Chinese shall be eligible.

| In
the daily management, Chamber of Commerce organizes and
performs |
| democratic
centralism. The organ of supreme power is member representative
|
| meeting,
in which the important matters shall be discussed and
decided, the |
| report
of standing council heard and examined, member of standing
council |
| elected;
other significant matters decided such as revise the regulation
of |
| Chamber
of Commerce, handle the violation of the regulation from
time to time |
| and
so on. From member representative meeting, Chamber of
Commerce will elect |
| a
chairman, a standing vice chairman, some vice chairmen,
1 secretary- |
| general,
1 vice secretary-general and a board of supervisors consisting
of |
| four
persons to organize the standing council. During the period
of |
| adjournment
of council, the Chamber of Commerce shall exercise its
function |
| and
power and be responsible for it and report the work. |
