V. Function and task of the industry chamber
of commerce: |

Publicizes industry-wide self-discipline vigorously and
gives publicity to |

fulfils the guideline and policy of party and state, advocate

spirit of patriotism, law-abiding, tax-paying by law and
support the |
| construction
of state actively. |

2. Chamber of Commerce shall play a effective
role of connecting the |

with enterprise; give full play to the function of participating

government and political affairs and discussing affairs

Take a active part in the quality certification and formation,

draft of industry standard on product, promote actively
